Cisco Exchange Pty Ltd updates prices and stock availability daily and this information is subject to change without notice. Cisco Exchange endeavors to keep all information accurate and consistent at all times.

Return/ Refund policy
Any cancellations or attempt to return on brand new or refurbished goods must be notified to Cisco Exchange Pty Ltd immediately.  Cancellation on any size order will incur a 20% cancellation fee to compensate for restocking and shipping charges.

Cancellation must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Proof of purchase by way of an invoice must be enclosed with your bank details for reimbursement.

In respect of return on brand new goods, all goods must be strictly unopened and in its original packaging condition and must not be damaged in any way, shape or form otherwise a refund will not be authorized whatsoever. It is at your own cost for orders to be sent back to Cisco Exchange.

In respect of return on refurbished goods, it is strictly your responsibility to repackage the goods sufficiently to ensure all goods are sent back in the way you received it. It is at your own cost for orders to be sent back to Cisco Exchange.

Warranty
If your good is damaged during transit or incorrectly shipped, contact us at sales@ciscoexchange.com.au immediately upon receipt of the product. We shall arrange to replace the goods.

All Cisco Exchange's goods are covered by manufacturers' warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Cisco Exchange’s entire responsibility with respect to warranties for the Products is to pass on to Customer the benefit of any such warranties.
Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturers. No warranty can be provided apart from the conditions listed above. Warranty excludes software issues and loss of data. Warranty does NOT include software issues, loss of data and/ or any failure as a result of installation error.

All trademarks, copyright and other intellectual property rights embodied in or in relation with the products and any related documentation, parts or software are the sole properties of Cisco Exchange or its suppliers.
